Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING is generally sent via USPS Priority Mail and, for most paintings and larger pieces, we will ship via UPS. 

We have included shipping in the price (which also includes the handling, packing and, when necessary, insurance).

You will be sent a tracking number once the item is shipped off to you.  If, in a rare scenario, we are delayed shipping your package because of weather or an unforeseen circumstance, we will contact you immediately by e-mail or phone. We will always strive to ship out your purchase by the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because we consign work from our artists and do not purchase outright, we cannot issue refunds for any reason other than damage while in transit.  In the event an item is received damaged, please contact us within three (3) business days.  We will ask you to send us photos of the damage, the box and packing materials, and any other information. Any damage refunds will be issued by PayPal ONLY.  No cash or check refunds will be issued. We over-pack our items to ensure their safe delivery, therefore we reserve the right to determine whether the damage was the fault of the carrier or damage caused by the customer.  We do not issue refunds for items dropped and broken by the buyer once the package has been opened.

LOST IN TRANSIT? If an item is lost in transit, we will do our best to track the item, but you may be asked to check with your local post office. You should also note that shipping during bad weather will delay the arrival of your package. Contact us within 3 business days after the expected delivery date if your package hasn't arrived.

DO YOU HAVE MAIL/PACKAGE THIEVES IN YOUR AREA?  It is the responsibility of the buyer to be sure their delivery site is safe and theft-proof!  Verify that the address you give us is (a) correct and (b) not a target for thieves. If you are not in a safe area, we recommend you have your package sent to the post office directly, or to a trusted neighbor, friend or to your place of work. The Cassidy Gallery is not responsible for items stolen from your porch or box and will not issue refunds for theft.

In the event a piece you purchased was sold before we received your order, you will receive a full refund for the sold item.
